(a.k.a. Vacation Bible School)

Registration Form

The 2010 program is called Kingdom of the Son, a prayer safari for ages 5-11. It will run from August 9-13 from 9:30 a.m. to noon. There's something for everyone: crafts, games, snacks. Come join the fun. This is a free program. New this year is an Extended Afternoon Program from noon to 5 p.m. If you wish or need to use this program, there is a charge of $5 per day.

To register your child, we will need you to fill out a registration form with some information for your child's well-being -- things like name, address, emergency contacts, health information, any special needs.

To receive a registration form, you can fill in the online form below and we will mail you the form, which you can then return to us either at the church or by mail, or you can drop around to the church during office hours (Mondays to Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and Fridays, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) and pick up a registration form.
